Every year there are a few players that in the league that seem blow up out of nowhere and this year is no different. The only difference between this year and every other year is that it seems as though almost every team has a sleeper candidate. Here is a breakdown of sleeper candidates by position for the 2009 season. Some of these guys might already be on your sleeper list while some might be new to you. Good luck.
Quarterbacks: The QB position is really tough to find sleepers in unless there is an injury involved. Here is the list of running backs and their projected value for the 2009 Fantasy Football Season. I’ve taken the liberty of listing each player’s bye week along with their auction value. I hope this helps you out in your quest for a Fantasy Football Championship. Remember, these ranks are set for standard Fantasy Football Leagues. If you are in a PPR League you will have to add some value for players like Maurice Jones-Drew or Matt Forte. In a PPR League, MJD might be worth more than Michael Turner or even Adrian Peterson. Keep checking back because these rankings will change as the preseason goes on and the regular season nears.

Here is the list of the top 200 players and their projected value for the 2009 Two Quarterback Fantasy Football Leagues. I hope this helps you out in your quest for a Fantasy Football Championship. Remember, these ranks are set for Two QB Fantasy Football League Formats.

fftoolbox.com is a wonderful pre-draft tool that allows you to enter your league’s specific scoring system and it recalculates the overall rankings of the top 100 players in your league’s draft according to whatever you enter for scoring. I can’t say enough about how great of a tool this website is when it comes to pre-draft studying. You will definitely be surprised with some of the outcomes. Read the rest of this entry »

Here is the list of Defense/Special Teams and their projected value for the 2009 Fantasy Football Season. I’ve taken the liberty of listing each player’s bye week along with their auction value. I hope this helps you out in your quest for a Fantasy Football Championship. Remember, these ranks are set for standard Fantasy Football Leagues. Make sure your league counts Special Teams with Defense or you might end up with a Bears Defense that doesn’t get credit for a Devin Hester kickoff or punt return TD. Keep checking back because these rankings will change as the preseason goes on and the regular season nears.
