Here are my ‘10 Rankings for the Short Stop Position. This is a rough look at how the Short Stops should go in your draft. These rankings will most likely change as we go through Spring training and see how hard everyone has worked over the off-season. Keep an eye on these rankings so you don’t miss out on anything.

I think that a healthy Jose Reyes has to be #2 on this list. Jason Bartlett could move up OR down based on how well he comes off of last years great performance. I had Bartlett for the majority of last year in fantasy and he did great for me, even after returning from his injury.

Reyes is too much of a risk right now with the fact that his injury last year was his hammy and his thyroid condition this year. He’s the guy that you don’t want to take in the 2nd round but you don’t want you opponents to take him either. I read that somewhere (espn or yahoo, not sure) and it fits perfectly. In Bartlett’s case, I hate paying for career years and I don’t suggest other people do it.
