Andrew Bogut missed another game due to back spasms on Wednesday 1/7/08. This is the second game in a row that he has missed. “He’s gotten a little bit better, but nothing significant,” Scott Skiles said. “Sometimes these things seem like they’re never going to end and then someone wakes up in the morning and it’s gone.” Who knows what that really means? Sounds like a prayer to me.

Bogut owners must be disappointed because he was really playing well as of late. Apparently there is nothing structurally wrong with his back, according to what doctors have told the team. He was originally hurt on Dec. 31 while taking a hard charge against the Houston Rockets.

“He took a pretty significant blow and that’s what flared it up,” Skiles said. “He’s leading our team in taking charges and several times he’s taken some pretty good hits this year. I think the Houston game it really flared up on him and it didn’t go away. In the past, it’s gone away the next day. We’ve got to get it to go away.” Hopefully he can get back out on the court soon because when healthy, he is a must start center in all formats.
